Once again, Adam Azrak, with the sponsorship of Sephardic Bikur Holim, is arranging free CPR classes over the course of the summer (suggested donation of $26). Information on how to save a life, administer CPR and help a choking victim will be presented. In successfully completing the course, participants will become certified through the American Red Cross.

All classes will be hands on and separate classes will be available for men and women ages 16 years and up. Classes will take place at Ohel Yaacob (Lawrence Avenue) Synagogue, 4 Ocean Ave Deal, NJ.
