CARAMELIZED SWEET POTATO

Ingredients:
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- ½ stick melted margarine
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
Directions:
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes or logs.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over the sweet potatoes mixing everything together.
- Bake at 375°F for one hour, or until soft.
